Account Deletion

This page explains how to request the deletion of your PRO EV 7 account and the data associated with it (developer contact: info@proev7.com). You can submit a deletion request using either of the two methods below.
Method 1: From inside the app
- In the game, open Panel โ ๐ Support & Reporting.
- Create a new request.
- Select the "Other" category, enter "Account Deletion" as the subject and send it.
Your identity is verified automatically through your app session โ no extra documents needed.
Method 2: By email
From the email address registered to your account, send an email with the subject "Account Deletion" to info@proev7.com. Your request is verified by the email arriving from your registered address.
What is deleted?
- Account information: email address and name.
- Club and squad: your club and your entire player squad.
- Tactics: your formation and tactic settings.
- Support requests: your past support conversations.
What is kept in anonymized form?
- Match results: kept to preserve league integrity; your club name is anonymized to "Departed Club" and can no longer be linked to you.
- Economy ledger records: kept anonymously for legal record-keeping purposes.
Timeline and irreversibility
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request at the latest.
- Deletion is irreversible; your account and club are permanently destroyed.
- Remaining diamonds, cash and virtual items are not refunded โ virtual items have no real-money value.
โน๏ธ Note: Turning off notifications or uninstalling the app does not delete your account; your account and club remain in the game. To have your account fully deleted, you must use one of the methods above.
