Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PRO EV 7, an online football management game (the "game", "app" or "service"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading the app, creating an account or playing the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

• If you are under 13, you may only use the game with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. The Service

PRO EV 7 is a fully online game. All matches are played and resolved on our servers; the game does not work without an internet connection.

The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Your Account

• You must register with an accurate email address that belongs to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens through your account.
• Transferring, selling, renting out or sharing your account is prohibited.

4. Virtual Items

• Refunds for purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
• Buying or selling virtual items outside the game for real money or anything else of value (real-money trading, RMT) is prohibited.

5. Fair Play

A fair, competitive environment for every manager is essential. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using cheats or cheat software,
• Running bots or automation tools,
• Abusing bugs or exploits,
• Gaining an advantage through multiple accounts,
• Reverse engineering or attempting to decompile the app.

If you break these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior warning.

6. Code of Conduct

In club and manager names, as well as in support messages, the following are prohibited:

• Insults, harassment and hate speech,
• Obscene or unlawful content,
• Names that infringe trademarks or other intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to change or remove names and content we consider inappropriate, without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The game — including its software, artwork, logos, names and all other content — belongs to PRO EV 7 and is protected by applicable law. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used in derivative works other than for personal use.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service (including loss of data, progress or virtual items). Liability that cannot be limited by law remains unaffected.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this page together with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by following the steps on the account deletion page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
